Who was Aisha Bello Mustapha? Aisha Bello Mustapha was a Nigerian journalist, news anchor, broadcaster, television personality, and entrepreneur popularly known for her works at the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).

She died on December 10, 2023 and a funeral prayer was set the following day at the Central Mosque, Abuja, in her honour.

Aisha Bello Mustapha was born in Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria, in 1976. Although not much is known about her primary and secondary school education, it is at least known that she acquired a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Ahmadu Bello University, in Zaria, Kaduna State.

Aisha Bello Mustapha was a Nigerian journalist, news anchor, broadcaster and television personality. She was in the media industry for years hosting, broadcasting, editing and producing programs. 

Aisha started her career at the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) in 1999. Within a short period of time, she rose through the ranks in the company and later became the head of the department of News and Current Affairs. She was also the anchor of Newsline and Dateline Nigeria where she focused her broadcasting on human-interest and investigative story. 

Aisha Bello Mustapha later became the General Manager of NTA Parliament and she retired from both the position and the organization in May 2022.

Aisha Bello Mustapha was married to Mr. Mustapha and the couple had kids together. On December 10, 2023, she died of complications of breast cancer which was first diagnosed in 2020.
