Seol Yoon A (설윤아), popularly known as Sullyoon (설윤), was born on January 6, 2004 in Taepyeong-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon, South Korea. She is the oldest of three children born into a supportive and loving family. She has a younger sister who was born in 2007 and a younger brother who was born in 2011.

Sullyoon acquired elementary education from Daejeon Budnae Elementary School and later attended Daejeon Budnae Middle School before going on to enroll into Seodaejeon Girls’ High School. She then went on to attend Hanlim Entertainment Arts High School where she majored in Broadcasting & Entertainment. 

Sullyoon Career

Sullyoon's journey towards being a singer started at a young age when she developed a strong passion for music. In a bid to make her dream of becoming a singer a reality, she started auditioning privately for entertainment agencies like TS, Fantagio and YG in 2017, and for SM in 2020, all of which she passed. 

In 2020, Sullyoon got signed to JYP Entertainment after a private audition where she performed songs by Ailee, Taeyeon, and MOMOLAND. She trained under JYP Entertainment for almost a year before she got unveiled as the fourth member of NMIXX in September 2021. She eventually made her debut with the group in October 2022 with an album titled “Ad Mare.”

As a member of NMIXX, Sullyoon acts as the group's vocalist and lead dancer. She also serves as the face of the group, representing its image and attracting public attention to it.

For now, Sullyoon is not in any known relationship although it was once alleged in April 2023 that she was dating Kyungmun, a member of the boy group NCT. Both SM Entertaining and JYP Entertainment eventually came out to debunk the allegations, stating that they were only friends.
